For this brief moment, hold my hand
I honestly don't know how I would be able to survive overseas...
---
I guess I have reached a crossroads.
I want to run, but then many people are telling me its impossible.
"Your timing would drop" and all.
If ideals still exist, I'll be making my own path.
But I've become jaded over the past few years.
Hope I'll remain childish and pursue my wishes.

Haha got thrashed completely.
I know they're being encouraging and all, but the mental game is within my head. Did I really push myself beyond the breaking point. I didn't puke or fall over like many but who's to blame me. I'm still weak, weak in body, weak in spirit. People ask me what I spend my money on. Books (hey I do read my thrillers and investment books), Protein (Is this considered food?), Fitness. I buy happiness. Not from games, but from gains. Next open I'll emerge stronger. ;) Saturday, March 29, 2014

I don't know how many people are like me.

Lifestyle
This self-proclaimed perfectionist is kind of scared that what he is doing with his life is affecting others.
Maybe it's time to change, but then I won't be me anymore. Or at least the new me.
Compromises.
I personally feel that I have "evolved" over this 8 years.
From the Happy-go lucky chubby guy
to the I-hate-running gym enthusiast
to the Oh crap body fat above 20%, needa start running guy
to the running sucks! gym enthusiast once again
to the walk-run ain't that bad gym enthusiast
to the walk-run is the saviour of mankind guy
to the exercise and no eat is the way to lose weight
and finally now.
Changed quite a bit, but I'm still changing.
Hope that I can reach a compromise again.

Final Exercise.
Next time I don my iLBV would be for PAC.
Abrasions everywhere, testament of the mad rush of events.
Cleaning arms isn't a chore anymore.
Relaxing in the wild mid-morning sun with my earbuds snugged nicely on my ears.
500 dollars for a bike? Is it really worth it?
Cutting phase after Taiwan.
Today's refeed day!
My body's starving.
BCAAs and whey are good investments Solo, but they don't cost that much! Haha.
Anyway as long as what you get are assets that allow you to live a more fulfilling and happy life, I think they're worth it.
When I commented that I was surprised how people could spend 500 dollars worth of things, I guess what makes them happy won't allow me to experience the same effect. Different perspectives I guess.
Anyway, now there's an offer at GNC, unless you're willing to go to TSW or iHerb, the prices are quite reasonable for the ON 100% whey.
Panther striked, now it's time to strike the bar.
I want to embrace the iron. again.
